Dr. Muneebul Siddiqui is a compassionate Family Medicine practitioner with roots in Texas. He grew up in the vibrant Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Jonias is a community leader who always encourages people to stay in good health. He is the current Senior Pastor of Bethany Evangelical Baptist Church Inc. and a guest speaker of many spiritual revivals in churches of South Florida.

Melissa Olah was born in West Palm Beach, FL and was raised in Nicaragua until the age of 17. She grew up in a household of Electricians and CNAs. I have been practicing medicine and patient care before coming to the US. I am a Foreign Physician graduated as Medical Doctor in Peru, my country of origin, where I worked in several Family Practice Medical Centers along the coast and jungle. Awarded with the first position nation-wide on performing the most number of tubal ligation surgeries in the country.

In Florida, I started working at Miami Children’s Hospital as Medical Assistant in the Urology and Dermatology Department. Later on, I worked at US Coast Guard Medical Clinic at Miami Beach and Opalocka Military Bases.

I studied my professional carrier at Florida International University (FIU) graduating as Bachelor in Science (Cum Laude) in 2008. Thereafter, I worked at Hialeah Hospital in the Medical-Surgical floor. I achieved my Master of Science at FIU graduating as Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in 2011 with the specialty of Family Medicine. Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). I worked since then in a Family Practice Clinic taking care of patients at different counties until I joined CLSC in May 2016.

Jason Diaz was born in New York, but was raised right here in South Florida. He earned his Bachelors in Health Care Administration from Nova Southeastern University, as well as a Bachelors in Science-PA studies from Miami Dade College. Jason says he is passionate about helping his patients get to optimal health. Deija Badia is a certified and licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) at CLSC. She is a fellow member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is passionate about providing optimal patient care with primary focus on preventative medicine.

Deija began working in the health-care industry in 2012, where she graduated as a pharmacy technician and worked at CVS pharmacy.

In 2015, she earned her Associates of Science in Nursing and began her career as a Registered Nurse. During this time, she worked with Miami Jewish Health Care Systems and provided care to the elderly population. Deija continued her education and in 2017, she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked at Kendall Regional Hospital in the Orthopedic/Spine Unit for some time and while furthering her education, was employed as an Allergy Nurse. Deija attained her Masters of Science in Nursing degree in April 2019 and became licensed and certified as an APRN by the AANP.

Deija enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and learning about different cultures.
